I was doing everything right, but I still felt awful

A few years ago, I was the picture of doing it all, juggling work, pushing through burnout, living on coffee and willpower. But inside? I was constantly tired, exhausted, anxious, and totally disconnected from my body.

I spent years chasing quick fixes before I finally started listening to what my body was trying to tell me. That’s when everything changed. That's when Ho'oponopono found me.

The moment I spoke those four phrases for the first time — "I'm Sorry. Please Forgive Me. Thank You. I Love You." — something inside me quietly shifted. Like a knot in my chest that had been there for years... finally loosening. I got certified. I went deep. And I began to heal — not just cope. Actually, truly, deeply heal. Now it's my mission to help every soul find their way back home to themselves. 💛

My little girl was playing with her grandfather, and during the game, her hand got pulled. She started crying, and we were really worried- she wouldn't let us touch it and was holding it with her other hand, so we thought something might be dislocated.
